The end of another day..

All my cares, begin to fade away..

Mind's eye opens wide,
revealing terrors deep inside,
Horror drips from the sky,
End of life, it's time to die.

Torrents of red fills my mind with dread.
Crimson clouds engorged with blood,  
Relentlessly they burst upon the Earth,
Drowning all in a wave of horror.

Unyielding red tide beginning to rise,
covering all I once held dear,
The downfall of life washs away all hope,
oceans of blood rushing ever nearer..

Insanity's Realm,
Mind drowns in pain,
The world sentenced to death,
Judgement falls from above,
Red laced lightning fills the sky with light.
Heralding the end of all life.

In horror I leap from my bed,
I can relax, it was just a dream,
Through my window the horror is revealed.
Red clouds gather in the sky.
